We Are Offended Inquisitr! Mom Speaks Out About The Censorship!

The Inquisitr wrote about the viral breastfeeding photo with Norman Reedus and to our dismay they completely ruined the original photo with unnecessary censorship of it and according to Tammie Hamed (the mom on the right) quoting her words that she says are not her words. there are many in an uproar over this.

Directly under the censored photo they shared they say this which made this whole thing even more upsetting,

"The photo above has been censored to ensure that it doesn’t offend anyone. In the unaltered version, Norman is holding a ball that resembles a breast with a nipple. According to Tammie Hamed, one of the moms in the photo, Norman Reedus was thrilled to send an important social message about breastfeeding by posing for the crazy picture."

They then write,

"According to Tammie Hamed, one of the moms in the photo, Norman Reedus was thrilled to send an important social message about breastfeeding by posing for the crazy picture."
Tammie told me that is not what happened and they have twisted her words. She told me,
"I never said Norman wanted to send a social message. We never even knew this would go viral or discussed that. The quote in quotes is mine, though. This pisses me off so bad."

When I got a hold of Tammie Hamed to hear what her thoughts were about the censorship she was a little more than upset. Tammie said,

"I am so mad that a picture representing the "free the nipple" movement was censored. I don't care who is offended. Get over it. I am offended that my awesome photo was censored. Hell, I see more boob at the beach. Who cares?"

Here is the original photo uncensored. This is a beautiful moment that will go down in breastfeeding history not only for the breastfeeding community, but Tammie says in her family as well. She plans to have it framed and hung up. If that was me I would probably hang one in every room of my home!

We Are Offended Inquisitr

While Tammie, her friend, and of course Norman Reedus didn't plan on having this photo go viral like it did, of course she is more than happy that it did, and just wants to use this opportunity to stand up for breastfeeding moms everywhere. I have had the pleasure of speaking with her these last few days and she is a beautiful soul inside as well as out and she is ready to face the crowd,  even if it means putting herself in the shark tank. She has 6 kids and she breastfed all of them so breastfeeding and her right to do it is something she holds near and dear to her heart. It's a shame that some people are trying to twist the message and even her very words so she just wants to set the record set straight! Tammie and her friend have received criticism over the photo, but Tammie says the haters can keep on hating!
