Nursing Blend Review

Nursing Blend is an all-natural dietary supplement that contains a blend of herbs that have been used for centuries by nursing mothers when a boost in breast milk supply is needed, including fenugreek and fennel seed. And, by providing a unique combination of whole fenugreek seed powder along with a concentrated fenugreek seed extract, Nursing Blend offers an equivalent dose of 2 grams of fenugreek in each daily dose. Nursing Blend also includes herbs that provide calming effects for mom and baby, including chamomile and anise. I absolutely love that Fairhaven has created a supplement that combines vitamins and minerals with galactagogues to increase milk supply. With only three average sized pills I can have 100% (and sometimes more) of my daily requirements of vitamins A,B6, B12,C,D,E, folic acid, iron, iodine, and zinc as well as fenugreek and fennel to help with my supply. There was a noticeable increase in my milk supply. In the past I’ve had to take 3 pills 3 times a day of just the fenugreek to get the same results. Fenugreek can occasionally cause gas in a baby, but this Nursing Blend also contains fennel and chamomile which calm upset tummies. There is a slight scent to the pills, but it is in no way offensive like with other supplements. Not having to remember to take multiple pills, multiple times a day is so much more convenient. Nursing Blend is the only dietary supplement that combines herbal support for breast milk production with the vitamin and mineral support that nursing moms need to produce quality breast milk.  I definitely recommend this supplement to all nursing mothers.
